The Offer HealthPlix is conducting a SPOT Registration Contest* for selected doctors to encourage engagement and usage of the platform, referred to as an offer. This offer applies only to doctors contacted by HealthPlix. *Under this offer, eligible doctors need to register on the HealthPlix SPOT App by providing the required details, and ‘Top 10 Lucky Winners’ will get an amazon voucher worth Rs. 500. All participation and redemption rules, eligibility, and guidelines are at the discretion of HealthPlix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and can be changed without notice. To compete the offer, participating doctors need to login the HealthPlix SPOT app and add their details to complete their registration. As you complete the actions that HealthPlix has defined as part of the offer, you will stand a chance to win the defined prizes. Please note that none of the prizes are guaranteed and the selection of winners will be made via a random selection process. Incentive Frequency We will disburse incentives once in a week (every Tuesday). Other terms: HealthPlix, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Participant Users from the benefits of this offer if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said offer. The decision of HealthPlix in this regard shall be final and binding on the Participant Users. This Offer is valid only in India. Further, this offer is conducted on a best-efforts basis. It shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as any kind of guarantee or warranty or representation, or covenant of any nature whatsoever. HealthPlix retains the right to store any data received from the Participant under this offer or anywhere captured on the Platform. This offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on the occurrence of such an event, the offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of HealthPlix with no prior intimation to the Participant. The decision of HealthPlix in this regard shall be final and binding on the Participant. This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this offer. HealthPlix reserves the right to alter, revoke/ suspend this offer at any point of time.
