Welcome to HealthPlix. This document details the HealthPlix Rx Rush Contest that is available on the HealthPlix platform. HealthPlix reserves the right to revoke or suspend this offer at any point of time. By participating in the offer and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Platform.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in this Offer (defined below). Your participation in this offer on the platform shall be construed as your acceptance of these terms and conditions and you shall remain bound by the same. Â
The OfferÂ
HealthPlix is holding the HealthPlix Rx Rush Contest for selected doctors to encourage engagement and usage of the platform, referred to as offer. The offer is applicable only for selected doctors.
Under this offer, eligible doctors can use features of the HealthPlix Platform for writing prescriptions to win exciting prizes.
All participation and redemption rules, eligibility and guidelines are at the discretion of HealthPlix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and can be changed without notice.
To complete the offer, participating doctors need to write at least 15 prescriptions and should be active for 3 out of seven days on HealthPlix EMR platform. As you complete the actions that HealthPlix has defined as part of the offer, you will stand a chance to win the defined prizes. Please note that none of the prizes are guaranteed and the selection of winners will be made via a random selection process.Â
Incentive Frequency
Amazon Gift Vouchers will be disbursed post 10 day of the winner announcement and will be subject to availability. Vouchers sent by HealthPlix, if remained unclaimed till 30 days from the date of delivery, will stand canceled. HealthPlix reserves the right to change the benefits of this offer without notice.
Other terms:
HealthPlix, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Participant Users from the benefits of this offer, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said offer. The decision of HealthPlix in this regard shall be final and binding on the Participant Users.
This Offer is valid only in India.
Further, this offer is conducted on a best efforts basis and shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as any kind of guarantee or warranty or representations or covenants of any nature whatsoever.
HealthPlix retains the right to store any data received from the Participant under this offer or anywhere captured on the Platform.
This offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on the occurrence of such an event, the offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of HealthPlix with no prior intimation to the Participant. The decision of HealthPlix in this regard shall be final and binding on the Participant.
This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this offer.
HealthPlix reserves the right to alter, revoke/ suspend this offer at any point of time.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
HealthPlix has the right to update their Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, Participant users are advised to view this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
